We re-roofed a home situated very close to neighboring houses with a side street running along the property. The tight spacing and constant foot/vehicle traffic made access, staging and debris control the main challenges.
We set up protective barriers, timed deliveries to avoid peak traffic, and used smaller, frequent debris hauls to keep the site clear. Our crew routinely swept the side street and carefully cleaned the neighbor’s yard each day, documenting progress and confirming everything was left tidy.
The project finished on schedule with a clean, safe work zone throughout. The new roof blends seamlessly with the home, and the surrounding properties—and the street—were kept clean and fully accessible the entire time.
