Repairing a Fire Damaged roof

We replaced fire-damaged framing by installing new roof trusses, then re-decked the roof to restore a solid, uniform surface. Our first steps were to secure the area, remove all compromised materials and confirm the structure was safe for rebuild.

With the new trusses in place, we added sheathing, ice/water protection and underlayment, then re-shingled the roof to match the original color and profile. We also updated flashings and ventilation to improve long-term performance.

The result is a roof that looks seamless and is structurally sound. The reinforced framing, fresh decking and new shingles provide reliable, weather-tight protection after the fire damage.
